Mr. Yi Lei (易磊), aged 29, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Kwantlen Polytechnic University in 2019. He serves as the general manager of Shenzhen Liling Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. since 2024, and served as the general manager of Liling Private Equity Fund Management (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. from 2022 to 2023. Mr. Yi joined the Group in 2025.
